Connect Claude to TriPeak — step by step
How to connect Claude to your training: paste one address, sign in, and ask. The exact clicks, what it can see and change, and what to do if it will not connect.
What connecting an assistant gives you
TriPeak runs a standard Model Context Protocol server over HTTP. You copy one personal link from the user menu and paste it into Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini CLI, VS Code or Cursor. No API key of your own is needed and TriPeak does not charge for AI usage.
A coach connection can
- List the athletes on the roster and read any of their plans
- Write sessions, which arrive as proposals the coach accepts or discards
- Add goal races and read the race plan, pacing and fuelling
- Run the weekly review: last week against the plan, and the envelope for next
- Grade a completed session against the intervals that were prescribed
- Read the raw Garmin streams of one session for a closer look
- Trigger a Garmin sync
An athlete connection can
- Read their own plan, load and race outlook, and nothing belonging to anyone else
- Add their own goal races
- Log how a session felt
Each link is scoped to one person and can be revoked from the same menu it came from.
